1. Order Cut-Off Time

To ensure timely processing, our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Handling Time

After your order is placed, our team carefully prepares your item(s) for shipment.

Handling time: 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday

Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

3. Shipping Methods and Transit Times

We offer free standard shipping for eligible orders delivered within the United States.

Estimated transit times are as follows:

  • Domestic shipping within the United States: 5–7 business days, Monday through Friday
  • Estimated total delivery time: 7–10 business days, including handling and transit time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the available tracking number and carrier information.

You can use this tracking information to monitor your shipment. Carrier updates may take some time to appear after a shipping label has been created.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

Contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. Address changes may not be possible after an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.

Printigoz is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping information provided by the customer.

6. International Shipping

Printigoz currently ships only to eligible addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, applicable destinations, shipping rates, estimated delivery times, customs duties, and import charges will be disclosed before checkout is completed.

7. Shipping Delays

While we make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, some circumstances may result in delays, including:

  • Carrier service interruptions or delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • U.S. public holidays
  • High-volume periods
  • Address or delivery-access issues
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

We appreciate your patience and will provide available updates when an order is affected by a known delay.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@printigoz.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product and packaging, when applicable
  • Any relevant carrier or tracking information

We will review the information and assist with the appropriate carrier investigation, replacement, or refund.

9. Combined Shipping

Multiple items purchased in a single order will normally be shipped together when possible.

In some cases, products may be shipped separately due to fulfillment availability, package size, or shipping efficiency. Tracking information will be provided for each available shipment.

Customers will not be charged an additional mandatory shipping fee because an order is divided into multiple packages.
