1. About Printigoz

Printigoz is an independent U.S.-based online retailer specializing in decorative ceramic tiles for interior wall decoration. Every design is sold as a matching set of two glossy white ceramic tiles, available in 4.25-inch and 6-inch sizes.

Our products are produced by independent manufacturing partners to our specifications. Product-specific materials, dimensions, and included items are listed on each individual product page.

2. Use of the Website

By using this website, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your location
  • If you are under the age of legal majority, you are using the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian
  • You will provide accurate and current information when placing an order

Product appearance may vary slightly from website images because of screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing tolerances, materials, or differences between individual production batches.

Customers should review the complete product page, including dimensions, materials, included items, care information, and available options before submitting an order.

Product availability may change without notice. Adding a product to a cart does not reserve inventory.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may:

5. Shipping and Delivery

Printigoz currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM Eastern Time
Handling time: 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday
Estimated transit time: 5–7 business days, Monday through Friday
Estimated total delivery time: 7–10 business days

We offer free standard shipping to eligible addresses within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, high-volume periods, incorrect addresses, delivery-access issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Address changes may not be possible after an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Printigoz accepts eligible returns for defective and non-defective products, including qualifying change-of-mind returns.

Unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery
  • Returned products must be new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition
  • Both tiles from a set must be returned together; partial returns of a set cannot be accepted
  • Original packaging, labels, accessories, and components should be included when applicable
  • Returns must be authorized before products are mailed
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective or change-of-mind returns
  • Printigoz covers authorized return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
  • No restocking fee is charged for eligible returns
  • Approved refunds are normally processed within 5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method

Exchanges are subject to product availability and return eligibility.

Customers must contact support@printigoz.com before mailing a return so that our support team can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Printigoz name, logo, original website copy, website layout, graphics created by Printigoz, and other content owned by or legally licensed to Printigoz are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party trademarks, trade names, product photographs, artwork, product designs, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing on this website transfers ownership of intellectual property to the user.

Without appropriate permission, users may not:

Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Where permitted by law, Printigoz's total liability relating to an individual order will not exceed the amount paid to Printigoz for the product giving rise to the claim.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that products correspond with the information provided on their individual product pages.

Minor variations in color, texture, dimensions, finish, print placement, or appearance may occur because of materials, manufacturing processes, photography, or screen settings. These normal variations do not automatically indicate that a product is defective.
